Croydon College supporting local businesses and students virtually

Croydon College has moved online to provide a series of advice clinics, virtual open days, upskill distance learning courses & apprenticeships to help support businesses & students through COVID-19.

The College has remained open throughout lockdown providing support for pupils and staff but has also adapted to move services online too. From Wednesday 24th June the College will be holding weekly virtual advice clinics from 2pm – 4pm, inviting employers and potential students to speak to them about their opportunities and how they can support both now and in the future.

With September enrolment upcoming the College is also holding its open days virtually on 1st and 8th July from 4-6pm with attendees given the opportunity to hear an overview of the College’s upcoming opportunities before moving into separate subject specific rooms.

Alongside this from July the College is hosting a series of online webinars introducing and discussing their apprenticeship courses, and the jobs they can offer, with the support of their local business partners including:

Employers also have the opportunity to enrol their employees, including those on furlough, to ensure all current and future staff have the skills required as we move forward out of COVID-19.
