Croydon Literary Festival 2018
Welcome to the second Croydon Literary Festival!
After the success of the first CLF in 2017, we’ve tried to kick on in year 2 with a wider-ranging programme of speakers; three sessions for younger readers; and three new venues for the much larger programme we’ve planned this year! We really hope you like this new, expanded programme, and find something to engage with across the day.
As ever, the Croydon Literary Festival is run entirely by volunteers. Cassie, head of festival, Clair, programme director, and Brad, creative director, have been joined by the super-talented Tim Footman, Deb Stone and Sarah Kingsford as programme managers. Between us we have developed the programme and set up this larger festival, hoping to engage with even more people across the borough than last year.
We hope you have a wonderful day.
Events will take place across three venues this year:
- Croydon Clocktower: the Braithwaite Hall, the David Lean Cinema and The Workshop
- Croydon Central Library
- The Spread Eagle Pub & Theatre
We look forward to seeing you there!
