Sunday Power Yoga at Matthew's Yard
Expect a thorough physical warm up and a strong Yoga practice with options for all levels of experience.
Experience Yoga asana (physical postures) in a flowing sequence with a focus on strength and good alignment maintaining easeful breathing. Through this practice, you can gain physical strength, mental clarity a feeling of calm, self confidence and contentment.
All levels are welcome and if you haven't practiced Yoga before, we recommend our Wednesday evening class first.
Mats and props are provided, please bring a small hand towel with you and some water (just in case you need them).
This is a great way to start your Sunday and the perfect location for a coffee (and cake!) after class.
