Vinyasa Yoga at Matthews Yard
...Leaving you feeling physically strong, stretched and calm.
This is a physical practice with a big focus on breath. The breath leads the movement (Asana) which is guided by the teacher's verbal cues and physical demonstrations.
Through this practice, you can gain physical strength, mental clarity a feeling of calm, self confidence and contentment.
All levels are welcome and if you haven't practiced Yoga before, we recommend our Wednesday evening class first.
Mats and props are provided, please bring a small hand towel with you and some water (just in case you need them).
